Tina has more than 20 years’ experience of HR and talent management in companies with a growth agenda and/or change challenges.
She has worked in Nordic and international settings, in companies in different industries such as tech, finance and consultancy. Tina focuses on supporting companies with efficient HR and people management, including talent management, employee engagement, and organisational and leadership development.
When she is not busy working, she enjoys a tough work out session (Shaolin Kung Fu), traveling and reading. Among her favorite books are Donna Tartt’s “The Secret History”, Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged”,” and Björn Natthiko Lindeblad’s “I May Be Wrong”.
Tina has studied Business Administration with a major in Organisation and Leadership at the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University.
