Rebecka Kornfeld

Rebecka is part of the transformative tech team but works across practices mainly focusing on financial analysis. Before Industrifonden Rebecka worked c. 6 years within M&A at Deloitte focusing on financial due diligence in various contexts such as refinancing, carve-outs and traditional buy and sell side transactions. Focus was on cross-border sell side transactions mainly within the B2B SaaS space. At Industrifonden she intends to leverage her skills from her M&A experience and is excited at the opportunity to support new innovations.

Outside of work Rebecka enjoys travelling and lead an active lifestyle. As a person she is a team player and is eager to learn new things.

Rebecka holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
