That instinct was forged across fifteen years of executive leadership in New York, London, and Stockholm – structuring syndicated financings at JPMorgan, leading analytics and credit strategy at Klarna through international expansion and bank conversion, steering Dreams through a B2C to B2B transformation and acquisition, and at Doconomy serving as both COO and CFO through post-merger integration and strategic financing in challenging markets.

Elena’s path to Stockholm crossed continents, cultures, and systems – sharpening both her pattern recognition and her conviction that technology and human ingenuity, purposefully combined, can serve human potential rather than simply capture human attention.
