SaltX secures SEK 38 million and enters partnership with ABB

SaltX Technology has secured approximately SEK 38 million in new funding, pending approval from an extraordinary general meeting on April 2, 2024. The investors include ABB, Industrifonden, and SMA Mineral AB.

Additionally, SaltX has entered into a partnership agreement with ABB to develop and market a joint solution for the lime and cement industry. This collaboration aims to electrify industrial processes and reduce carbon emissions. The agreement will take effect following the approval of the funding.

This initiative strengthens SaltX both financially and strategically, with ABB becoming a significant new shareholder and partner.
