Guard Therapeutics completes reverse takeover of Disruptive Pharma

Guard Therapeutics has completed its previously announced reverse takeover of Disruptive Pharma, following the fulfillment of all conditions for the transaction.

As a result of the transaction, the listed company will change its name to Disruptive Pharma AB (publ) and continue its operations with a focus on the development and commercialization of Formulite®, a patented drug delivery platform technology.
