Hadar has plenty of hands-on experience starting, scaling and running companies. He understands just how important it is to choose the right people when it comes to building a successful, stable business. At Industrifonden, Hadar works closely with entrepreneurs, focusing on building scalable SaaS companies. He believes the majority of market opportunities in this field still lie ahead. Hadar started his career at Ericsson and spent five years in Japan heading up the network system division. He went on to become President of the tech startup Cellpoint and subsequently co-founded a mobile operator with France Telecom who, after successful license award, acquired Hadar’s stake in the company. Before joining Industrifonden in 2011, Hadar was Partner at VC firms Eqvitec and Teknoinvest. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of Industrifonden, Hardar is the co-founder and chairman of Bygga Bostäder AB, a real estate development company building affordable housing in mid-sized Swedish cities like Örebro, Nyköping, Östersund and Växjö.
