Sara Frykstrand Ångström is a Deep Tech investor, scientist and European Patent Attorney with expertise in advanced materials, biotechnology, life science, energy and intellectual property.

She works with breakthrough technologies addressing major global challenges in health, sustainability and industrial transformation. Combining experience from research, startups, patent law and venture capital, Sara helps bridge the gap between scientific innovation and commercial impact.

Sara holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, has studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and is a qualified European Patent Attorney.
