Opalum of Scandinavia believes that professional-quality sound should not be limited to recording studios and concert halls. The company offers a range of wireless sound systems and related software.

Opalum’s software activities and intellectual property rights for small low-power devices (such as mobile phones, tablets, and laptops) were acquired by US chip manufacturer Cirrus Logic (Nasdaq: CRUS) in 2015. The remaining part of the company works with middle- and high-power devices (such as kitchen sound units and sound units built into furniture) as well as its own line of ultra-thin and beautifully designed speakers.

The high-quality audio is made possible thanks to Opalum’s own innovative software built into third-party chips.
