Hövding is a new, revolutionary alternative to traditional cycle helmets. With Hövding, cyclists wear a stylish collar around their neck, and this collar inflates into in an airbag, surrounding and cushioning their head, if they were to be in accident.
A shell covers the collar containing the airbag. This shell can be changed to match the cyclist’s outfit, making Hövding a practical accessory that can save lives. Hövding complies with all safety requirements, and its trigger mechanism is controlled by sensors that detect abnormal movements of a cyclist involved in an accident.
Hövding cycle helmets are sold throughout Europe and Japan. The company is listed on the Nasdaq First North stock exchange.
